Boost Juice Indicator

Is it just me or is the line at boost juice shorter these days. Today I didnot have to wait at all? Call me sad or whatever you like but when the missus drags me to the malls these are some of the things that I notice.

I recall in 2007, i had to wait for 7-8 minutes after i had ordered to get my smoothie, this is after 2 minutes it took me to line up and order the $6 smoothie? I also remeber seeing a television advert for the company about a week back. When Boost Juice started, the only advertising that existed for them was word of mouth.

Maybe the interest rates are starting to bite , slowly. The percentage of people who have started bringing lunch from home at my workplace has also increased dramatically last 2-3 months. The amoutn of people who buy a lunch and not a drink to go with it has also gone up in the last 2 months. Now why would you pay $2.50 for a can of coke when during the woolworths "specials" you can pick up 30 cans for about $17.

the the bizzare thing i noticed the other day while "out and about" in pitt street during my lunch break. Ingdirect were trying to promote something , i cant remeber exactly what it was but they were handing out pamphlets with a 50cent attached to it. Yes thats right legal tender 50 cent coins , they were kind enough to give enough pamphlets for my to buy a can of coke with my lunch that day.
