Upcoming Floats and closing dates

Digislide Holdings

I noticed this one in the Fin Review, but can't get excited, as it encompasses all the usual micro-float inconsistencies and imbalances

- on cusp of commercialising 10yrs of R&D, seeking $4.5mill for 3.6mill shares, bring total to 44.7mill
(first big warning - early investors looking for exit strategy)
- products are miniaturised projectors - for games (StingRay, WeSii), laptops,
(2nd caution - unproven market)
- operating in PlayStation, Wii and laptop space
(3rd risk - elepahants in room; why will this minnow succeed?)

IPO closes on 30 Jan - was unsuccessful last year in earlier attempt. with $350K in the kitty if they don't get the money it would be all over, I guess.
High RISK.

and that is about it.

ASX announcements full of optimistic stuff - sets up in Silicone Valley, China co-location, Market update Telco Alliance, Market update SA CAN, Market update Amazon, Market update Next Byte, ........
and then resiganation of Chief Marketing Officer, resignation of Chairman, SPP at deep discount

floated somewhat higher, opened at 80c , never seen that number again, now 25c. And market update - possible sales of 100 units in Romania

-------------fyi only, dont hold !!!
