nemex [iron ore hopeful]

no disclosure needed here, i am just a punter with this one.

west aussie/west africa iron ore leases. not fireworks, but capital raised can turn into medium term newsflow.

best thing is that the promoters have not been greedy, and 'full price' ipo entry gets you a fair share in the story.

just looking to scalp a few for the free carry drawer before spring.

impressive presentation today.

i have been trying to reweight from the ords into the oppies, very hard to scrape a parcel together at the good numbers occasionally available.

did get a few, and today was a good opportunity to move ords out at a better than 4 for 1 ratio of oppies/ords.

cashed up minnow with iron ore hopes to market cap that looks good on my envelope. [logistics not the spoiler]

very tightly held, small number of shares on issue.

the west africa iron starting to look interesting. given all the basic african isssues,if this was an australian project, with hopes of direct shipping ore close to rail and port with spare export capacity, the market cap would not be under 10 million like nemex. what africa discount should apply, and will the drilling program match the hopes? who knows.

africa wins again.

had sold down ords, but got a pile of oppies and no liquidity to do anything except sit and wait.

speccie minnows trying to run their own drill rigs in forsaken places cannot end cheaply.

tiny market cap, but the market will take a lot of convincing. dismal iron ore forcasts towards the end of the decade have sawn off a lot of iron ore hope stocks.
