Hi Suzy, thanks a

million,( just joking ), however as I am still bogged down converting Old Dos programs ( just one to go ), to work under XP Windows using Visual Basic ( an already outdated software ), I would not like to have to re-convert again for an IMAC.
Hi Mutt The blurb I grabbed was about ACER AL2416WD 24" Wide LCD Monitor; and one particular point was:-
Enhance your workflow with the ACER by placing windows "side by side" reducing the need to toggle between applications.
So Yes it would be just two window panes on the one screen. Not sure where I got the "SPLIT SCREEN" from and was probably the added info of the retailer.
I am still striving towards your concept:
This is where I want to be. Regardless of screen size. I require my computer, by next Christmas, to read my mind and
act accordingly to my mind's eye.
You may have noticed my screens are a little too colourful, ( much to the disgust of the purist ), however the mind is capable of seeing things in the blink of an eye, especially with colour, and the distraction of toggling between one application package ( CHARTING ), to a second application ( Composite F/A - T/A Display ) breaks that essential concentration. Having them both visible together without being overly scrunched would be an advantage. From that immediate sense it becomes easy to make a BUY, Skip or Sell decision.
My query was to find out if anyone had bought a unit like this and found out the inevitable problems that are sometimes hidden and only exposed after the act of attempting to install and use.
The colour combination for both OXR ( One Day reversal ) and SUN ( duplicated HH - LL sequence with greater than 50% vol change) over the last three or four days was immediately compelling. Now all I have to do is computerise the automatic BUY orders.
Loved the Bronze. Cheers
