Can anybody tell me how I convert my SMSF into Simple Account Based Pension.
I am over 55 retired.

Can I download forms from somewere?

HI Phil, I thought to be a complying SMSF it had to be audited on an annual basis. If so your probably best off to chat to whoever does your audit work on it, they should be able to point you in the right direction.

if SMSF, there will be accounts for 09-10. check balance in 'Taxable accounts", pay yourself the legal minimum or above (2% this year, 4% next), document this in a Minute.
Seek professional advice. expect to pay.

if retail or Industry fund, ask them. expect to pay.
