Thanks disco, it's interesting to see what's happening, my kids are lookers, and I'd be a seller if I was allowed.

Best advertised gross return is 6% on a managed unit, god knows the fees they'll slug.
And this on a unit with a very tiny land imprint, and the building depreciating.

I'd prefer to be the manager.
